Dance for Parkinson's Disease

Designed for adults living with Parkinson's Disease and their caregiver, Dance for PD helps participants build skills and confidence through incremental steps each week. Participants can be wheelchair-bound or use a walker/cane. Benefits of dance for people living with Parkinson's Disease can include increased balance, gait and reduced risk of falling. This weekly program is adaptable to dancers of all abilities and levels - no experience necessary. Spouses are encouraged to attend, and caregivers are required to stay for the first session. Dance for PD is free to attend, but space is limited so sign up today!
